'A sunny day + an open manhole = something bad is about to go down. <br /><br />Filmed on Mel Clay's security camera, this video features the filmer's partner, Sophie running into a little manhole accident on her way out. <br /><br />Mel wrote: "I have a CCTV camera and it’s caught nothing apart from my partner falling over!"<br /><br />When asked who was responsible for leaving the manhole open, the filmer had this to say: "It was all me.
